Founded by Thorsten Plönzke in 2021, the studio's journey began a decade earlier when Thorsten completed his apprenticeship as a carpenter and further pursued a master's degree.

During his subsequent studies in interior architecture at the University of Applied Sciences Trier, Thorsten's passion for architectural design flourished. It was the art of crafting extraordinary materials and employing innovative manufacturing techniques in the creation of interior spaces and products that truly ignited his creative spirit.

After obtaining a second master's degree, Thorsten briefly worked in an architectural firm but soon realized that it couldn't fully unleash his creative abilities. After only a half year in the office, he quit his job and leaped into entrepreneurship to establish his own studio.

Inspired by both organic and inorganic structures, Thorsten passionately combines them to create small architectural artworks. These works are often brought to life through Additive Manufacturing techniques such as 3D-Printing.
